Brian joined us in 2023 to bring an engineering perspective to our placing of complex contract works risks. He works closely with our Underwriters to support the underwriting process and also offers his insights through our Concierge service and CPD programme.

For the 25 years before joining RU, Brian built and ran his own Structural and Civil Engineering Design consultancy, working across all sectors of the construction industry. Further expertise is demonstrated in Brian having been awarded both Chartered Structural Engineer and Chartered Civil Engineer status.
