Ailis joined Renovation Underwriting in December 2020, as an extension to our Finance team to support the growth of the business. After initially training in the banking industry, Ailis developed a range of operational skills working in the high-tech incubator sector based in Cambridge and London; focusing on robust systems and processes for all areas of finance, HR and administration.

Before joining the RU team, Ailis spent 12 years adapting her skills to fit into an agricultural environment; working for a rapidly expanding Agribusiness based near Cambridge.
