The results of the Insurance Times’ annual Five Star MGAs 2023/24 survey have been announced – and RU is one of only eight managing general agents (MGAs) awarded a five-star rating.

The survey polled 1,850 UK-based brokers; asking them for their opinions, attitudes and levels of satisfaction for the services they receive from their MGA partners. A total of 26 MGAs received enough votes to be included in this latest survey, with the full results set to be published later this year.

We are incredibly grateful to those broker partners who gave up their time to rate us in this year’s survey. It is thanks to our broker partners that our team has achieved this accolade for the second time – and we are hugely thankful they continue to believe in us to deliver contract works expertise and impact to their private clients and commercial customers.
